The International Convention Center (ICC) is built on an area of 8,000 square metres in Ba Dinh district - the cutural and political centre of Ha Noi Capital.

ICC consists of two buildings:
· A three-storey building with more than 30 multi-function built of 30-800 square metres is the venue for conferences, workshops, exhibitions, meetings, receptions and other convention activities.
· A seven-storey building with 55 rooms, 2 restaurants, a business centre, a health care centre and 5 multi-function halls sized from 60-400 square metres is the venue for accomodations, parties, get-togethers, weddings, and recreational activities.

ICC has been accredited for having successfully provided high quality services to significant international and regional events, such as the 7th Francophonie Summit 1997, the 6th ASEAN Summit 1998, the 5th ASEM Summit 2004.
