The International Conference on Asian Digital
Libraries (ICADL) is one of the leading international
conferences in digital libraries research. Into
its tenth year, ICADL 2007 will provide a forum
for sharing ideas, research results and experiences
in digital libraries, related technologies and
associated practical and social issues. Participants
from diverse backgrounds are encouraged. Previous
conferences have included practitioners, researchers,
educators and policy makers from a variety of
disciplines such as computer science/information
technology, library and information sciences,
archival and museum studies, knowledge management,
and many areas in the social sciences and humanities.
Submissions on all areas are welcome and may
include research, system, evaluation, policy

ICADL 2007 will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam and
is hosted by the National Center for Scientific
& Technological Information (NACESTI), with
supports from National Library of Vietnam (NLV),
Vietnam Association for Information Processing
(VAIP), Institute of Information Technology
(IOIT), Vietnam Library Association, Vietnam
Association for Scientific & Technological
Information & Documentation (VASTID), General
Science Library (GSL), and the Vietnam National
University Hanoi, Library & Information
Center (LIC).
Conference proceedings will be published as
part of Springer Verlag's Lecture Notes in Computer
Science (LNCS) series. Submissions must therefore
conform to the LNCS formatting instructions.
